Important: Tradesmen sent out to your park home by Zuricare Assistance have no authority to advise on what is, or is not, covered by your policy. You will be expected to pay the tradesman for work undertaken but if the damage is covered by your policy, Zurich will reimburse you for the cost, less of course any policy excess that may apply.
